Chelsea Goodson
Chelsea Goodson is the Hospitality Lead at the Center for Christianity and Public Life, where she leads events, gatherings, and internal organizational rhythms. Her work centers on creating environments where formation happens and the public work of Christians becomes more visible and more credible.
Before joining CCPL, Chelsea spent six years with International Justice Mission, where she managed spiritual formation events and coordinated formation programs. She led gatherings where those doing the work of justice were invited to rest, reflect, play, and practice spiritual disciplines.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Friends University, with minors in Studio Art and Criminal Justice, as well as a certificate in Christian Spiritual Formation.
Chelsea lives in Washington, D.C., with her husband, Jacob, and enjoys hosting friends, reading, and creative pursuits.
